略歴
石川城太(いしかわじょうた)、1960年生まれ。一橋大学経済学部卒業、一橋大学大学院経済学研究科修士課程修了、
ウェスタン・オンタリオ大学大学院経済学研究科博士課程修了(Ph.D.)。
ウェスタン・オンタリオ大学経済学部ポスト・ドクトラル・フェロー、一橋大学経済学部専任講師、助教授を経て、現在、教授。この間、コロラド大学ボールダー校経済学部、及びブリティッシュ・コロンビア大学商学部客員研究員、ボッコーニ大学、ハワイ大学、及びニュー・サウス・ウェールズ大学客員教授を歴任。

専門・研究分野
国際貿易論。最近は、不完全競争下で貿易政策がどのような影響を経済にもたらすか
を理論的に研究している。国際貿易論がどのような学問かを知りたい人は、

『一橋論叢』1993年4月号（学問への招待特集）に簡単な紹介があるので参考にして下さい。
